About the quote process.
How long until I hear back after submitting a quote?
We aim to respond to every enquiry within one business day. If you haven't heard from us within that window, ring 0407 846 622, something has likely fallen through the cracks and we'd rather know.
Do you charge for the site visit and quote?
No, site visits and quotes are free, no obligation. For builds well outside our usual run (deep west or far north), we'll have a chat first to confirm the trip works for both of us.
What info do you need to give me an accurate quote?
The more the merrier, but the basics are: roughly where the shed is going (postcode is enough at first), what you'll use it for, and any size or door requirements you've already settled on. We'll come out, take measurements, photograph access, and confirm the rest in person.
Can I just call instead of using the form?
Yes - Andrew is on 0407 846 622. The form is here so you can lodge a request out of hours and we've got the basics in writing, but a phone call works just as well.
Do you do site visits outside Townsville?
Yes. We cover the full North Queensland corridor, from the Magnetic Island coast to Charters Towers, Pentland, Greenvale, Hidden Valley and Ravenswood. Travel is included in your quote, no surprise surcharges.
