OTTO Sheds is the shed-building division of Lange Constructions, run by Andrew Lange out of Townsville. Authorised EziBuilt distributor for North Queensland.

OTTO is the shed-building division of Lange Constructions (QBCC #1098062). We're North Queensland's authorised EziBuilt distributor, which means our clients get Australia's most engineered shed kit (BlueScope steel, custom in-house bracketry, full engineering drawings) wrapped in the local service the kit on its own can't provide: site visits, council approvals, slabs, install, handover.

We build across Wind Region C, from the Magnetic Island coast to the cattle country at Charters Towers and Pentland. Master Builders Queensland members. Fully insured. Locally owned and on the tools.

Andrew is the licensed builder behind every OTTO Sheds project. He runs site visits personally, signs off engineering drawings, and stays the point of contact through council approval, slab, build and handover. One name on the licence, one number to call, one builder accountable from quote to keys.

    Every shed is engineered for your specific terrain category, exposure rating, and elevation. We don't use generic kit specs and hope for the best. The drawings are signed off, every time.

    Council lodgement, private certifier, engineering certificates. You don't chase forms or play middleman. We hand you a folder at handover, and you're done.

  • After-call for life.

    You ring the same number two years from now and Andrew picks up. That's the OTTO promise.

Things people ask before they sign.

What's the difference between OTTO Sheds and Lange Constructions?

Lange Constructions is the licensed building business (QBCC #1098062). OTTO Sheds is the shed-building division of Lange Constructions. Same builder, same licence, same warranty - we use the OTTO brand for our shed work specifically.

Do I need to organise the slab and concrete myself?

No. The certified slab is part of every OTTO build. We engineer it to suit your shed and your site, pour it ourselves, and the cost is folded into the all-in price you're quoted. You don't need to engage a separate concreter or coordinate trades.

How far will OTTO travel for a build?

From the Magnetic Island coast to the cattle country at Pentland and Greenvale, and most points in between. Roughly between Bowen and Hughenden. Further afield, give Andrew a call - we can usually make it work with the right scope.

What happens if something goes wrong after handover?

You ring us. Andrew's number is on your warranty pack and on every invoice. Genuine warranty issues we sort. Outside-warranty stuff we'll still help you figure out.

Is OTTO insured?

Yes. Lange Constructions carries current public liability and contract works insurance. Certificates of currency available on request before contract signing.
